Friend and I both ordered Hoka trainers on Dec 27th. Both still awaiting shoes Jan 11th. Yodel now saying there are issues finding the orders (same excuse for both - missed scanning, probably because of a damaged label...?). Communication from Runners Need is poor at best. Lots of chasing them, with only mixed messages in reply, e.g. not in the warehouse (ie took my £95, but shoe not in stock), then told they were dispatched on 7th Jan. From 27th Dec to now I have had orders from several other retailers so covid doesn't wash for awful service!!!

I used to really like this shop, however, their online returns policy and customer service is terrible now.Charging money to return online orders (£4.95) is so 1990s especially now that everyone is having to buy online. I did wanted to just change the item, but having to pay to send it back, plus the terrible online customer service I won’t be reordering with runnersneed and will request a refund.

Ordered a brook product and it arrived very quickly. Happy with the process and the speed. Happy with the product.

I was charged by mobile company for using their customer service number, 0845 3767669! I spent half an hour waiting for the reply and it came as about £25 on my mobile bill!!!

The only good thing about runners need is the discount you get with Vitality. However this is required for their dated returns process, their main competitors offer free returns but so far this month I'm down £15. As many people will be aware getting the correct shoe is hard and takes some time but with runners needs this becomes expensive.They lack stock most of the time and prices are expensive. I'd go to another retailer, any other one to be honest.

The consignment arrived with exemplary speed - free, next-day delivery (£50 order) - and the goods were precisely as described. Also, the discount was very good indeed; £50 for two pairs of running spikes, RRP £130.

Fast delivery and excellent quality, would definitely order again.

Ordered some reduced on cloud trainers 13th December with estimated delivery 22nd - 29th. Notified they had been dispatched on 17th and they arrived via Yodel on 18th. Exactly what I ordered, no issues at all. I was a bit unsure after reading reviews about online orders but I would definitely order again.

The trainers were good. A quick delivery used klarna to pay which was useful

Good range of on-line products to chose from and excellent service pre and post sales.

Stating expected delivery date as next day if ordered before 4pm, when I contacted them they said they are having delays which they know about and the parcel wouldn't be delivered on time. This was only told when it didn't arrive on time. They are using Covid as an excuse for their false advertising, they know that products are not arriving next day but still showing and selling as such. Now I have to pay to return an item which arrived 5 days late. Honestly, wouldn't buy from them again.
